How to Enroll

Enrolling at Immaculate Conception Catholic School is a simple process designed to help families feel supported at every step.

1. Book a School Tour

We encourage families to begin by visiting the school. A tour provides an opportunity to explore our campus, meet staff, and learn more about our learning environment and community.

2. Submit an Application

Complete our Online Application form and submit a non-refundable application fee. Families will also be able to create an account to track their application status throughout the process.

3. Application Review

Once all required information has been received, the school will review the application. Additional assessments or reference forms may be requested where appropriate.

4. Admission Decision

Families will be notified of the outcome once the review process is complete. Successful applicants will receive next steps for enrolment and class placement.

*Active parishioner status must be verified each year by a signed parish letter to receive parishioner rate.

Application & Enrollment Fee

Application Fee: 

For first time applicants there is a $50 non-refundable fee. If accepted, this is applied to the enrollment fee.


Enrollment Fee: 

$150 per family is due at the time of initial enrollment. Re-enrollment is $50 annually per family. If a new student in the family is applying for enrollment, the $50 application fee is applied to the re-enrollment fee.

Schedule a Tour

Tuition may be paid in full, prior to the start of school, or in 10 equal monthly installments from September to June. Payment is due on the first of each month. If payment is not received by 3:00pm on the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be added to the tuition balance. Payments may be made by cash/check/money order. Credit card and PayPal payments are also accepted but are subject to a service fee. Tuition is to be paid in full on or before June 1st of each school year. Exceptions to this policy are possible and should be discussed with the principal and/or pastor, or his representative.

Scholarships and tuition assistance are available and is evaluated on a year-by-year, case-by-case basis. Assistance can be applied for any time throughout the year. The majority of assistance, however, is awarded during spring enrollment. Applications are due by April 30th. Award notifications will be sent prior to the end of the current school year for those who apply during the spring application period.

Only completely enrolled students may be awarded tuition assistance.

Families who refer another family that enrolls their children at Immaculate Conception Catholic School and attends for at least a half year will receive a $100 tuition credit. Credits will be applied on the February tuition bill. Families can earn multiple referral credits.

Families can participate in the Tuition Reduction Incentive Program through RaiseRight and earn tuition credits. This was formerly known as SCRIP.
